Tropical cyclone, also called typhoon or hurricane, an intense circular storm that originates over warm tropical oceans and is characterized by low atmospheric pressure, high winds, and heavy rain. Near Australia and part of the east of Africa (south Pacific Ocean) tropical cyclones are called cyclones. In the east of Asia (north Pacific Ocean) tropical cyclones are called typhoons. In the center of America are called hurricanes. People give names to cyclos to identify them. The names are names of women and mens one example is the cyclone called Katrina that was one of the most heaviest tropical cyclones. All the list of names are repeated every 6 years. The thing that gives power to tropical cyclone is when it is a match of evaporation of water and hot air, that happened in the ocean surface.
